Looking to keep their perfect District 10-5A record (3-0), the boys’ basketball team heads to Independence High School to face the Knights Friday at 8 p.m.

“Independence has a solid squad so it’ll be a competitive game, but the boys are feeling good and they’ve been playing well through our past games,” head coach Stephen Friar said. “The goal is to control the pace and continue to play good team ball.”

The Redhawks are riding their momentum heading into this matchup and they hope to continue their district dominance.

“We have to take this game like it’s any other game, but I feel like we have an advantage with how well the vibes are on the team,” senior Jake Harvey said. “Practice has been going well and I believe everyone on the team is playing great basketball and to a really high standard at the moment.”
