Eligible students who have lettered have the chance to get fitted for a letterman jacket during lunch Thursday and Friday

“I am lettering in the Drill Team,” freshman Mason Classe said. “I’ll be adding a big sis and little sis patch, a Youth and Government patch, and the amount of years I’ve been on the team.”

For students such as sophomore Sydnee Smith, a letterman jacket is a chance to memorialize the high school experience.

“I just look forward to being able to wear a letterman of my own,” Smith said. “I’ll have a high school memory to keep forever. I plan to add mostly drill team award patches and ones like NHS or student council or any other clubs I might join in my next 2 years!”

Looking forward to getting a jacket, freshman Camorra Clark says the patches are going to showcase her accomplishments and growth

“I believe that the letterman represents my hard work,” Clark said. “I’ll be able to put patches for all my achievements throughout the year. I feel like it shows growth as you gain more patches.  It also will be a great thing to look back on as I get older past high school.”
