From twists and turns to leaps and jumps Red Rhythm, Color Guard, Dance 3, and Dance 4 are coming together to put on their final performances of the year at their annual spring show in the auditorium.

There will be two sittings for the show, the first taking place Friday at 7:00 p.m. and the second, Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

“We’ve been preparing by doing run-throughs every day during class, as well as meeting up outside of school to work on choreography, costumes, and music,” senior Eva Guerra said.

With multiple organizations coming together, the show will be a time for family and friends to see all of the work each group has put in.

“I’m looking forward to performing for my teachers, family, and friends and showcasing what we do all year,” sophomore Sheen Saxena said. “We have been filling up extra boxes (for seniors) and making sure that everything is in place for the dancers to go out there and shine.”

This show is an extra special time for seniors as they receive special recognition and each have the option to perform their own solo, duo, or trio of choice.

“My favorite part of Spring Show is the last dance when we all watch a slideshow of the year and get to say our final goodbyes to seniors and our friends,” sophomore Brooke Granberry said.

For her final dance, senior Eva Guerra chose a trio performance.

“I’m most excited for my trio because I get to do it with two of my best friends,” Guerra said.

The dancers are not the only ones excited to see the team’s hard work pay off.

“I can’t wait to see the girls go out there and showcase all of their hard work from the year,” director Nicole Nothe said. “I think this will be a great opportunity to showcase Red Rhythm in a different way.”
