Although it is early on in the year, with the first quarter just wrapping up, students will soon begin going through the process for picking classes next year. Thursday, students thinking about taking a class at the Career and Technical Education Center, have the opportunity to gain some insight into them before making their selections.
From 5 to 6:30 p.m. the CTE center, is hosting an interactive open house.
The open house will be open to students and parents to see different classes and careers including marketing, law, health science, and construction.
There will also be hands-on activities and sample projects to view about all the different career pathways for students to experience.
Instructors and teachers will be there to answer any questions students may have about courses.
