Nolan Koons, Jack Stacks It's a midweek tournament for the boys' wrestling team as they compete in the District Duals at Centennial High School. In the eyes of head coach Justin Koons, the team didn't perform as well as it could have in their last tournament. “The past weekend's War Games weren't our best performance for both boys and girls,” Koons said. “There is definitely room for improvement. Next week for boys is districts so hopefully we will be prepared for that and compete hard.”

Wrestling competed alongside seven other high schools in the Gauntlet at The Grove, hosted by Walnut Grove High School, Saturday. The boys took on five high schools and placed fourth by defeating Colleyvile Heritage, while the girls competed individually rather than by school and recorded multiple wins and first-place-finishes.
