Seoyeon Stephanie Chung, Staff Reporter
Seoyeon Stephanie Chung, born in South Korea, lived in Germany, London, and now in the US, spent most of her life in foreign countries. She experienced new cultures, learned new languages, and met friends from 30 different countries, making her who she is today, a person with a warm heart, an open-mindset, and a broad perspective. She is also a popular YouTuber with channel steph04uk, sharing her exciting experience living in various countries to people living all over the globe. She holds many leadership positions both inside and outside of school. Having a goal to pursue her dream in the medical field, she is the founder and the president of Care Wiki (A nonprofit organization that makes scientific and medical knowledge more accessible to the general public). She is also the board member of One Thread, officer in HOSA, and the leader of Mask Making Campaign in which she joined forces to make face masks to help the frontliners and her local community during the COVID-19 crisis. Last year, she hosted the wtv podcast ‘Stranger in America’ and this year, she is hosting ‘Bitesize Science’!
