FISD Board of Trustees March meeting Monday

Monthly School Board Meeting by Frisco ISD proposed the name for High School #11. The Citizens Committee submitted the name Emerson based off the original town name of Frisco, and with the building process underway, new zones are beginning to be set for Frisco ISD students.

The Frisco Independent School District Board of Trustees is holding its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday at the FISD Administration Building. The board will immediately go into a closed session before resuming the open meeting for regular business at 7:30 p.m.

Among the items of discussion are National Merit SemiFinalists, the Frisco ISD Dyslexia Program and World Languages update, and Joint Election Agreement with the City of Frisco and Collin College.
