2019-20 budget under discussion in special school board meeting
Actions taken by legislators in Austin could have an impact on the 2019-2020 Frisco ISD budget, but while district leaders wait to see what happens, the school board is meeting with the district’s long range planning committee on Wednesday to have an initial public conversation about next year’s budget.

The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees is hosting a special school board meeting with the district’s Long Range Planning Committee regarding the proposed 2019-20 budget from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m Wednesday at Frisco High School.
The meeting is designed to be an initial public conversation regarding next year’s budget which will include revenue from the TRE passed in November.
The 2019-20 budget is remains a work in progress with the school board expected to approve a final budget in June.
