The Redhawk volleyball team faced the Memorial Warriors on Friday, winning 3-0 keeping them undefeated in District 10-5A.

“The team played amazing on Friday, it was our best team effort of the season,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said. “They exceeded my expectations. They were aggressive, confident, and hard working throughout all three sets.”

Spirits are high after the win against the Warriors, according to junior Brooklyn Shelton.

“We had a large focus on competitiveness and being excited for each other,” Shelton said. “I think it was one of our best games yet. It definitely was the outcome I hoped for. We ended up sweeping Memorial 3-0 and that was so awesome for us. We hoped and prepared to win and we got the outcome we prepared for.”
