Aiming to extend their District 10-5A winning streak, the Redhawk volleyball team heads to Emerson High School on Tuesday to take on the Mavericks at 6:30 p.m.

“We are expecting a good win against Emerson tonight,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said. “We feel confident going into tonight, Emerson is definitely a good team but we have been playing really well together.”

The team is 6-0 and stands in first place in District 10-5A, so the Redhawks are hoping to deliver another win on Tuesday to stay undefeated.

“We are working on timing our blocks better, and staying disciplined in defense,” junior Grace Payne said. “The game against Lebanon Trial on Friday went really well, so it gives us momentum heading into Tuesday.”
