Swim dives into the new year
Diving into the new year, the swim and dive teams head to the FISD Natatorium on Tuesday to compete against Memorial, Independence, and Lebanon Trail at 7:00 p.m. After a long winter break, the team is focusing on being mentally and physically ready for the meets.

The swim and dive teams head to the FISD Natatorium on Tuesday to compete against Memorial, Independence, and Lebanon Trail at 7:00 p.m.
“They have been training extremely hard even over the break,” head coach Zachariah Gnoza said. “I just want them to focus on getting back in the racing mindset before our District Meet.”
Senior Henry Nguyen is working on being physically ready for the meet after a long winter break.
“For me personally I am focusing on staying in shape for Tuesday because I was sick over the break,” Nguyen said. “I am expecting to go for similar times on Tuesday and to go fast.”
