The boys’ basketball team looks to beat the Heritage Coyotes on Tuesday for their senior night. They are currently ranked first in District 10-5A and aim to add another win to their record.

Hoping to secure another win to add to their District 10-5A record (4-1), the boys’ basketball team hosts the Centennial Titans Friday at 8 p.m.

“Centennial is going to be a tough challenge, they’re very disciplined, they play hard, and they’ll be prepared for us,” head coach Stephen Friar said. “We need to win the mental battle that we had trouble with from last game and play tougher than ever.”

The Redhawks are looking to bounce back after a 86-80 loss to Memorial on Tuesday and get back on track with their winning record this far into the season.

“We’re looking for redemption, especially after the close loss to Memorial, we know we could’ve played better and we’re going to show it this game,” senior Kaden Groom said. “We want to limit turnovers, especially against a team like Centennial because we can’t be letting them get out in transition for free.”
