The Redhawks girls’ basketball team doubled up the score against Lebanon Trial on Friday, winning 56-23.

“The team played really well against Lebanon Trail on Friday,” freshman Lilian Johnson said. “We executed the game plan very well and came out with a solid win. Our strengths were getting inside touches and getting the looks we wanted on offense. We also rebounded well and shot down LT with our defense.”

According to senior Jezelle Jolie, the team has seen improvement throughout the season.

“We are improving on our defense as a whole which can include a permanent help defender,” Jolie said. “And also being in the gaps on defense.”
