Boys’ basketball stays at The Nest on Tuesday as they face the Independence Knights at 8 on Senior Night.

“We’re excited to highlight our seniors of the team and celebrate the time they’ve dedicated to our program the last four years, even if it wasn’t always on the varsity squad,” head coach Stephen Friar said. “Besides celebrating, we got a game to play against a more determined Independence squad as they fight for a playoff spot, so the boys gotta bring the intensity like it’s any other night.”

As family and friends fill the stands at Tuesday’s home game, the boys want to deliver an entertaining and competitive game for them.

“It’ll be fun sharing this experience with my family and friends and just having a good time with the team through the night,” senior Tristen Kailey said. “We just gotta focus on what we do well, whether it’s getting out on fast breaks or crashing the boards, if we can capitalize on that we’ll be good.”
