Volleyball hosts Reedy at The Nest Tuesday as they slowly come to the end of their preseason. “I hope that we just play clean volleyball and keep ourselves consistent, and make our jobs look easy tonight,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said.

Winding down the non-district part of its schedule, volleyball takes on Reedy High School Tuesday in The Nest at 6:30 p.m.

“I hope that we just play clean volleyball and keep ourselves consistent, and make our jobs look easy tonight,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said. “They have lots of options, so they’re gonna be competitive tonight.”

Having beat Reedy recently in the NISD tournament 2-0, junior Mackenzie Raymond is feeling confident for the game.

“I think we all feel fairly confident going into tonight because of our previous win,” she said. “I hope that we win in three sets, and that we make sure to cover any and all tips and rolls.”

But sophomore Morgan Ferguson believes already playing them could also be a limitation.

“The biggest challenge for us will be the fact we have already played them,” Ferguson said. “Its hard to beat a good team twice. I know we can definitely win if we lock in and have good night.”
