The Redhawk girls’ basketball team (6-9) looks to continue their winning streak when they visit Lebanon Trail (4-12) Friday at 6:30 p.m. after winning their last two games against a team from Australia and Frisco.
“We want to move the ball, we want to not turn it over, we want to make it tough for the other team to score,” head coach Ross Reedy said. “But really we want to see that passion and unity on court, and in every little thing we do.”
Senior Kathryn Murphy wants the team to reach specific goals that will be important to winning the game.
“Defensively, we’re just going to work on executing our goals we have for our game, like having three Redhawk stops, which is no open lay-ups, no open threes, and just getting the ball back,” Murphy said. “Offensively, executing our offense well, and looking on being super specific on how we do things.”
