The new semester might have started only a month ago, but Red Rhythm is already looking into next school year with Thursday night’s mandatory meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Red Rhythm tryouts in the lecture hall.

Students looking to try out for Red Rhythm are required to attend this meeting where pertinent information about both the tryout process and the team will be discussed.

“You will need a parent or guardian to accompany you and it will tell you all the information you need to know for red rhythm tryouts next school year,” Red Rhythm assistant director Sydney Mooty said.

For hopeful dancer and freshman Saanjli Lamsal, the meeting provides an opportunity to get a better idea of what Red Rhythm actually is and what the team does.

“I’m really excited for the tryout meeting for Red Rhythm because I just want to be able to know what happens in Red Rhythm and I want to be able to know what goes into the team,” Lamsal said.
