Full swing into spring season

Serving up its second spring season tournament, the Redhawk tennis team is playing throughout the day on Friday at Anna High School.
“I really want to improve my approach shots as I’m usually a defensive baseline player,” junior Anushka Sinha said. “I want to work on getting to the net and finishing off the point.”
Despite it being the team’s first spring competition against opponents outside of Frisco ISD, junior Mehak Kaul has confidence after a week of preparation. “I’m pretty confident for Friday’s tournament and hope for the best for me and my partner,” Kaul said. “I looked to improve my volleying skills this week for the Anna tournament.
