Hoping to serve up a different kind of love on Valentine’s Day, the tennis team is taking part in an all day tournament on Thursday at Prosper High School.

With a bye week to fine tune his strategies, senior Alex Lopez is ready for the tournament.

“We’ve had some time to work on our game,” Lopez said. “Especially with our last tournament getting cancelled and having a bye week last week.”

For senior Sydney Graff, the tournament is not only to showcase what she has been working on in practice, but an opportunity to bond with her team.

“I’m excited to go out there on Thursday and show my teammates and coaches what I’ve been working on it practice,” Graff said. “Even if things don’t go my way, I know I’ll still be around my friends and bonding with my team.”
