Red Rhythm lept to Wakeland as they performed in the annual Frisco ISD dance show-off Wednesday evening.

“I think show-offs went outstanding,” assistant director Sydney Mooty said. “I think the team did a wonderful job. Both officers and the full team on both of their routines.”

The team performed two routines with officers performing a jazz number and the whole team performing a pom routine.

“The team has already performed our pom routine once at a basketball game,” vice president Gabby Stiles said. “So we already had a lot of our nerves out of the way and were able to really just go out there and perform and have fun.”

Stile’s believes that show-offs are a great opportunity for all of the teams involved.

“I think show-offs is really beneficial because it’s such a positive environment,” Stiles said. “ All the teams get to go and support each other. We’re not competing against each other, so it’s really just about doing your best and cheering everyone else on.”
