Artificial Intelligence is making its way to Collin College for the second semester with the Generative AI for the Rest of Us” course.

The class is designed to inform students about the quickly emerging AI technologies, such as ChatGPT and will be taught by Yeshwant Muthusamy, owner of Yeshvik Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that takes part in AI development.

“The course provides the tools and knowledge to navigate the digital transformation driven by AI technologies like ChatGPT,” Muthusamy said in Collin College news release.

According to Pew Research Center, 45% of U.S. adults say they are equally concerned and excited about the emergence of Artificial Intelligence

While some people may have their skepticism about the new technologies, Collin College aims to provide business leaders with more knowledge on how to use AI in real-world applications.

The course will start on Jan. 23 at the Plano location.
