The application window for Frisco ISD families interested in transferring within the district opened on Monday.
The current application window is open until Dec. 12th, but two more windows are scheduled to open in February and May.
The ability to transfer outside of a student’s home-zoned campus is limited to those schools that are not closed or at capacity, and are below 90 percent of projected capacity. The only high schools open to transfers at this point are:
- Emerson High School
- Frisco High School
- Independence High School
- Liberty High School
- Memorial High School
- Panther Creek High School
Applications to transfer high schools are only available for students who will be in high school for the 2026-27 academic year. Applications close Dec. 12 and more information, including details on how to apply, can be found on the district website here.
