Will there or won’t there be school was the question on the minds of many Redhawks on Jan. 23.
Now one week later, students and staff are back on campus.
Frisco ISD cancelled school Monday and Tuesday after a couple of inches of snow and ice fell in the Frisco area Jan. 24-25.
It then became a guessing game of whether or not there would be school the next day, with the end result being Frisco ISD cancelled school for the first four school days of this week.
The district will not need to make up Monday and Tuesday of this week, and is applying for a waiver so the district’s bad weather days are not needed for Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
