FISD hosts parent presentation Wednesday on student stress

Frisco ISD is hosting a virtual presentation on Wednesday to help parents and guardians support students through stress, anxiety, and school avoidance. The presentation will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and interested individuals can RSVP at friscoisd.org.

Frisco ISD is hosting a virtual presentation on Wednesday to share information with parents and guardians regarding strategies to support their teen students through stress, school avoidance, and anxiety.

The presentation will be given by director of academic and vocational services at BasePoint, Kiala Albright, and will take place online on Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Sankeertana Malakapalli is a senior in her third and final year in Wingspan. At school, she is president of the Youth and Government delegation and captain of the varsity Lincoln-Douglas debate team, and she plays the violin outside of school. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and doing anything artistic. She hopes to pursue a career in law.
