Results in from May 2 Frisco ISD Board elections

Unofficial results for the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees have been tabulated from the May 2 election. Incumbent board president Dynette Davis has been re-elected to the Place 4 seat and Misty Wamhoff has been elected to the Place 5 seat.

Election results are in from Saturday’s Frisco ISD elections. 

After a week of early voting, and election day on Saturday, the votes have been tabulated for the two seats up for election on the FISD school board with candidates elected to three-year terms. 

Board president Dynette Davis was reelected in Place 4 with Davis receiving two thirds of the vote. 

Also elected to the board is Misty Wamhoff who beat out two other candidates for Place 5. 

The votes results are considered unofficial until they are canvassed at an upcoming board meeting.

The class of 2026 will officially graduate on Wednesday. With students being required to report to The Nest by 5 p.m., this year's graduation ceremony is set to take place at 8 p.m. at the Comerica Center where students will walk across the stage and later receive their diploma.

With the final days of the school year approaching, all students will have early release on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Students will be released at 1:00 p.m.

She is in Theatre as publicist of Liberty’s Thespian Society troupe, co-president and founder of the Hispanic Heritage club, and is also part of French Nation Honors Society. Ana can be found listening or creating new music or hanging out with friends. She is very excited to work with the wingspan staff this year!
