Monthly FISD Board of Trustees meeting Monday

The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees is hosting its May monthly meeting on Monday at 6:30 p.m.

The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees hosts its monthly meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m. There are numerous items on the agenda including fine arts students that advanced to state in UIL’s Theatrical Design competition or received a Gold Seal in VASE.

Also on the agenda, the canvassing of the results from the May 2 Frisco ISD elections.

Those results saw board president Dynette Davis reelected in Place 4 with Davis receiving two thirds of the vote. 

Also elected to the board is Misty Wamhoff who beat out two other candidates for Place 5.

With the final days of the school year approaching, all students will have early release on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Students will be released at 1:00 p.m.
