While most items at Simply Thai Bistro hit the target, the vegetarian fresh rolls were subpar at best. The taste was bland even when combined with the peanut and sweet chili sauce on the side.

The meal started off with half a dozen of their fantastic fried wings. They were cooked fresh and still hot when served. The chicken was very tender and went very well with the sweet chili sauce served on the side. The sauce gives the chicken a nice sweetness and packs a very little amount of heat at the end. The taste is wonderful and the sweetness really complements the slight spicy undertone.

However the vegetarian fresh rolls were subpar at best. The taste was bland even when combined with the peanut and sweet chili sauce on the side. The crunchy vegetables provided a nice texture but fell short on taste. The only upside was the noodles in the roll were actually quite good, but the vegetables were just not working.

Despite this flaw, there was more good than bad as the best part of the meal was definitely the pineapple cashew fried rice with chicken. Customers can pick their preferable spice level from 1-5 (1 being the mildest and 5 being the spiciest), with the 5 being really spicy (too spicy for this reviewer’s taste), but even with the spiciness it was delicious. The sweetness from the pineapple went really well with the heat, and the chicken was exceptional. The cashews provided a great textural element and the taste with the chicken, pineapple, and cashews together was incredibly satisfying.

Service interactions are minimal, but the staff gets the job done well. The waiting time for food is not too long, even when busy, and their to-go service is fast and efficient while still producing great food.

Everything at Simply Thai Bistro is served fresh and in an appropriate amount of time, and the atmosphere is great making Simply Thai Bistro a must try restaurant that never disappoints.
