Graduation is 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the Comerica Center, leaving many seniors to reflect on their final days in high school.
From fun moments with friends to planning for independence, senior Preesha Wankhede IS embracing the shift from high school to college.
“I’m going to miss hanging out with my friends, and favorite teachers, and the free time I have in high school,” Wankhede said. “I’m excited to make new friends in college, start a new life, college independent life.”
Senior Keerthan Surao is both nervous and excited for graduation while also reflecting on the memories she’s made.
“As I get closer to graduation, I feel so nervous but yet happy as I’m done with my four years of high school,” Surao said. “My favourite memory of high school will definitely be my spring show where my friends and family were watching me dancing.”
The class of 2025 is graduating at Comerica Center on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
