Wingspan: When and why did you start playing soccer?

Braeuninger: “I started playing soccer around 3 years old.” 

Wingspan: Who is your inspiration?

Braeuninger: “My inspiration was my soccer idol, Cristiano Ronaldo, now it’s Lionel Messi.” 

Wingspan: What is your goal for this season? 

Braeuninger: “My goal for this season is to win state.” 

Wingspan: What position do you play and how do you contribute? 

Braeuninger: “I play right wing and I contribute by creating goal scoring opportunities for the team or getting a goal myself.” 

Wingspan: What does your practice routine look like?

Braeuninger: “My practice routine varies from tactical like positioning on the field to technical like shooting.” 

Wingspan: If you could give advice to someone who is thinking about joining soccer, what would you tell them?

Braeuninger: “One advice I’d give to a person thinking about joining Liberty soccer is firstly, give yourself that chance and be consistent on things you’re trying to improve. You’ll build friends and teammates and learn how to be a better person in general.”
