The application window for Frisco ISD transfers has opened, allowing students zoned to other schools to attend different in-district schools. Along with Access Frisco, which allows students outside the district to transfer, new this year is the opportunity for incoming ninth graders to transfer campuses in-district. Application details can be found on the FISD website.
The window is the second of three, with students’ last chance for transfer applications being May 26 – June 8. This application window will end on Feb. 24 with families getting an acceptance or denial email by Feb. 27. If accepted, families will need to register with FISD during April’s annual registration.
All students may be able to transfer starting this year, but the campuses open to transfer are limited to those with a projected enrollment under 90% capacity. High school campuses that currently have a projected enrollment at under 90% capacity include:
