After weeks of learning dances and having a final tryout, Red Rhythm’s 2026-27 dance team has finally been announced.
“We are so excited for our new team, we have 32 which is two more than last year so that’s exciting,” dance teacher Nicole Nothe said. “We have a meeting this week covering the ins and outs of joining drill and pretty soon in may we will be working with our rookies to cover basic technique and after that we will join the whole team together so everyone can meet one another to build relationships before summer camp.”
New girls on the team like Abighna Gowda share what she is looking forward too as new team activities begin.
“I’m really excited I made the team, and I’m excited because we have meetings coming up,” freshman Abighna Gowda said. “The people have been super nice so I’m looking forward to meeting more people and learning more about dance.”
