Flags will fly and rifles will be tossed in the air as Winter Guard ensembles take center stage at Lebanon Trail on Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with free admission.
“Frisco Flag Night is our annual chance to come together as a district and celebrate our Winter Guard programs,” Color Guard Director Eric Mills said. “It is always really fun for the performers to get a chance to watch all of the other amazing winter programs. I always look forward to showing the community what the LHS Winter Guard has been working so hard to create.”
For winter guard member Abigail Wang, it’s an opportunity to perform a new routine and debut new equipment.
“I am most looking forward to showing off our new choreography because the new flag silks and costumes are so beautiful and will really highlight our show,” Wang said. “The ending of the show is definitely my favorite, other than the beginning because it is very cutesy.”
