Through the cozy atmosphere and variety of donuts available at John’s Donuts 2, this local donut store brings a smile to customers’ face.

The sweet taste of a donut and a warm welcome at John’s Donuts 2 is the perfect way to start your day. This small, family owned business on Custer Road in Plano features donuts with many unique designs, colors, and shapes for everyone’s taste. With the cold weather, it’s comforting to walk into a small, warm shop that’s greeted with a soft smile.

This small, local donut shop brings a sense of community to customers that go there often, getting to know the people who work there.

From the inside, it looks like your average donut shop. It’s small and it only has one seat because you’re meant to take the donuts to go. At the front counter is a miniature kitchen set and fuzzy animal dolls for children to play with.

There are plenty of donuts to choose from; including seasonal donuts such as the pumpkin spice donut. The pumpkin spice donut has a dark, brownish-orange cover with glaze on top. When you bite into it, the glaze melts in your mouth, giving you a warm fall feel.

Donuts aren’t the only food available on their menu. They also serve croissants and sausage rolls. The croissants are covered in chocolate and they have sugared powder sprinkled on top. The sausage rolls are a pleasant savory food to go along with the sweet taste of the donuts.

A must have is the strawberry sugar powdered donut. The donut is split in two, in the middle are strawberry slices with Bavarian cream and the top has powdered sugar. The tastes compliment each other beautifully and leave you coming back for more.

John’s Donuts 2 is a great donut shop because it has good customer service and delicious donuts. It has something for everyone. The memories that you will cherish-the moments of togetherness and joy all start at John’s Donuts 2.
