Maya Silberman, Managing Editor

Maya Silberman is a junior starting her second year on the Wingspan staff. Her favorite things include reading any and everything, rewatching NCIS for the eighth time, and playing with her puppy, Luna. She is also a member of the Executive Team of Diversify Our Narrative, a national non-profit, and part of the FISD CTE Center Mock Trial Team. She looks forwards to being a Managing Editor and is excited to see what is to come this year!

Tracing its start to 1903, Frisco ISD has transformed from a one school district, to one of the biggest in the state with 42 elementary schools, 17 middle schools, and 11 high schools. During the course of its growth, the district has formed partnerships with several different entities including the Dallas Cowboys, the city of Frisco, and Collin College.
