Shreya Jagan, Managing Editor

Shreya Jagan is a junior and is entering her third year of Wingspan, this being her first as an editor. She loves dance and has been learning for the past nine years. And while she has an unhealthy obsession with Harry Potter and the Hunger Games, she also enjoys singing, writing, blasting music 24/7, and reading her favorite books over and over again. Apart from Wingspan, Shreya serves as a Vice President for Toastmasters and the Student Opportunity Ambassador Program, holds officer positions in Unicef and Best Buddies, and is also a College Board Opportunity Ambassador. As a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award, she’s very passionate about her community. On Sundays, you can find her at the Metroplex Tamil Academy teaching Tamil (her mother tongue) to little children. She has always had a fascination for science and hopes to pursue a career in medicine in the future.
