Shreya Jagan, Assistant Editor-in-Chief

Shreya Jagan is a senior and is entering her fourth year of Wingspan as an Assistant Editor-in-Chief. She has a huge passion for dance and recently completed her Arangetram (classical solo dance debut) after years of learning. She loves reading and writing and is often in her own world either daydreaming or listening to music. In school, Shreya is involved in NHS, HOSA, and other various clubs on campus. Apart from that, she also serves as the President for Toastmasters and Writer's Guild (the creative writing club on campus), is the secretary/treasurer for UNICEF, and is also a College Board Opportunity Ambassador. As a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award, she’s very passionate about her community and has volunteered more than 200 hours thus far. On Sundays, you can find her at the Metroplex Tamil Academy helping children learn Tamil (her mother tongue). She has always had a fascination for science and hopes to pursue a career in medicine in the future. Shreya is very excited to be a part of the Wingspan team yet again for her last year at Liberty and can't wait to make more everlasting memories!
